Add a Google reviews widget to Webflow

Before you start

The real code (with your widget ID and key) comes from Digitap Pro when you click "Add to website". The snippets below use placeholders only.

Needs a paid Site plan, or a Core, Growth, Agency or Freelancer Workspace plan. A Code Embed holds at most 50,000 characters (Digitap Pro code is far below).

Inside a page (Grid, Carousel, List, Masonry)

1. Add Code Embed. In the Designer open the Add panel (+), drag a "Code Embed" element onto the page.
2. Paste, save, publish. Paste the code, click "Save & Close", then publish.

On every page (Badge, Flash)

1. Open Footer custom code. Go to Site settings → "Custom code" → "Footer code".
2. Paste and publish. Paste the script, save, then publish. The widget shows on the published site.

Troubleshooting

• The site's domain is missing from the Domain Whitelist in Digitap Pro. Adding example.com also covers www.example.com.
• Your platform plan does not allow scripts (WordPress.com, Squarespace, Webflow: see the plan notes on each guide).
• You are looking at the editor or a preview, not the published site. Check in a private window.
• A cache or optimisation plugin serves an old copy of the page. Clear it and reload.
• The site sends a Content-Security-Policy that blocks https://app.digitap.pro.
